The Questions menu is where you can manage all your questions across different classes. It can be accessed from the Home page by hovering on the left sidebar menu:
Once you are in this menu, you can see that there are several question folders in the left-hand menu to choose from. Selecting a question folder will then display all the question cards.
Question folder
Live: contains all questions that are being asked and live now
Scheduled: contains all questions that have been scheduled to go live in the future
Drafts: contains all draft questions that you have created
Recent: contains all questions that you have recently interacted with, including recently asked, scheduled, or drafted
Favourites: contains all questions that you have marked as favourite
Closed: contains all questions that have been closed, either by a schedule or manually closed
Question card
Each question card in this menu will show you:
- What class it is currently in
- The question itself
- The question type (text, scale, emoji, etc.)
- And its status, whether it is in draft, scheduled, and total responses received.
Question Bank
The Question Bank includes a range of questions crafted by your institution and StudentSense to boost student engagement effectively. You may also find questions tailored to your teaching area which are developed and managed by your area leaders (this will typically be found as a folder at the bottom of the question bank).
Note: On smaller screens, the question menu may be condensed so be sure to scroll down to see all question categories available to you.
