Team dashboard
At a glance
The Team Dashboard displays high level metrics and statistics about your team, including engagement level of teachers, students, and any segment that is available to you.
Click on the information icon (i) to get an explanation of each of the tiles (Teachers, Students, and Engagement).
The statistics and shown segments will align with your leader permissions (i.e. you will only see the areas relevant to you).
View engagement by segment
The Engagement heatmap shows the level of engagement of teachers, students, or both (i.e. ALL), across each of the segments or areas assigned to you.
Note: the available segments are created by your institution admin.
In this example, the heatmap is currently displaying results by Campus location, but this institution also has segments based on Department, and Qualification. To change the dashboard segment to display another form of segment (e.g. Department), we can do the following:
- Click on View By.
- Choose Department and click Apply.
- The heatmap will now change to show engagement level by Department.
Export dashboard data
You can export the data of any of the three tiles – Teachers, Students, and Engagement – by clicking on the three-dots in the top right corner of the tile and click Export CSV.
