The Analytics page tracks how question results change over time. Applies only to questions from the Question Bank To view analytics:

  • Select a question category (institution-wide or segment-specific)
  • Choose one or multiple questions
  • Scroll to view response volume

For scale questions, an average rating over time is displayed.

At a glance

The Analytics page is an advanced tool to track changes in question scores over time. Note: only applies to questions in the Question bank.

 

View question analytics

  1. Pick a question category – either an institute wide, or segment specific category.
  2. Choose one, or multiple questions, to view analytics.
  3. Scroll down to see the number of responses this question has gathered. If the question is a scale question type, you can also see the average rating over time.
