  • Select a question category (institution-wide or segment-specific)
  • Choose one or multiple questions
  • Scroll to view response volume

For scale questions, an average rating over time is displayed.

At a glance

The Analytics page is an advanced tool to track changes in question scores over time. Note: only applies to questions in the Question Bank.

View question analytics

  1. Pick a question category – either institution-wide or segment-specific.
  2. Choose one or multiple questions to view their analytics.
  3. Scroll down to see the number of responses this question has gathered. If the question is a scale question type, you can also see the average rating over time.
