In StudentSense, there are two class types – Connect and GO classes.
Note: By default, most institutions have Connect classes set by default. GO classes must enable the ability to create GO classes.
A Connect class is a class type that requires students to log in to join and answer questions. Connect classes will also allow messages and reactions
On the other hand, GO classes are classes that do not require students to log in to join and respond to your questions. While faster and simpler, this also means you will not be able to message or react to students’ responses. Your institution leader must enable the ability to create GO classes.
Visually, a Connect class has a purple class code (or no class code if it was imported from the LMS), while a GO class has a yellow class code.
