Article summary
To share results with staff who don't need ongoing access, export responses to CSV from the evaluation's ⋯ menu — available any time, always de-identified, and includes every response.
To link results with other institutional data (e.g. a BI or data-warehouse tool), a separate export API can return raw responses including student emails — a different, more tightly permissioned route from the CSV export.
To give someone ongoing in-product access instead of a one-off file, add them as an educator or leader and release results to them.
Export results as a CSV
Go to the evaluation's ⋯ menu and select Export responses.
- Available any time — whether the evaluation is still running or has already closed
- Always de-identified — no student name or identifier is included
- Returns every response, with no cutoff for small cohorts
Share results with other systems
For linking results to other institutional data — a BI tool or data warehouse — a separate export API can return raw responses, including student emails.
- A distinct, more tightly permissioned route from the CSV export above
- Intended for authorised institutional reporting use, not general sharing
Give staff ongoing access instead
If someone needs to view results directly in the product rather than a one-off file, add them as an educator or leader on the evaluation and release results to them — see Reporting on Results.
