- Then, click Create survey in the top right corner.
To create a basic survey, follow these three simple steps:
- Give your survey a name
- Then write a short description of your survey. We suggest the description should cover these important points:
- Explain the survey topic, or reason for surveying
- Explain the value of the survey to the participants
- Explain what participants are required to do to complete the survey, including instructions on how to start the survey, answering questions, and submitting the survey
- Finally, add questions to your survey
2. Publish the survey
To publish your survey, simply click the Publish button in the top right corner.
Choose whether you want to publish a public or private survey. Public means anyone with the survey link can access. Private means only those with your institution log-in can access.
If you are publishing a private survey, an additional step will require you to choose your target group:
Once you are finished, click Next.
Then, click Yes, publish survey.
3. Share the survey
In the survey creation menu, click Share
Take a screenshot of the QR code or copy the unique link. Then, share the QR code or link through your preferred communication channels (e.g., email, posters, social media).
